What is your MOQ and do you support trial lots?
Export lots are typically planned by container (Typically 1 container). Trial lots can be reviewed case by case. Main ports: Qingdao / Tianjin.
How fast can I get a quote, and what is the typical lead time?
Standard RFQs: Reply within 2 business hours. Production lead time is commonly 7–21 working days after order confirmation, depending on grade, size, and mill schedule.
What certificates do you provide, and is SGS inspection allowed?
System certificates ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 are on file. Shipment lots can include EN 10204 3.1 MTC by heat/batch as ordered. SGS, BV, TÜV, or buyer-nominated inspection can be coordinated before loading.
What payment terms do you accept, and where do you ship from?
Common terms: T/T (e.g. deposit + balance against BL copy) and L/C at sight, confirmed per contract. Main shipping ports: Qingdao and Tianjin.
