Rope quotations depend on construction, diameter, core, tensile grade, surface, length per reel, packing, and certificate scope.

- Confirm rope construction (e.g. 6×19, 6×36 WS, K19S compacted) and nominal diameter.
- Confirm core type (FC / IWRC), tensile grade, and surface (bright / galvanized / plastic-coated).
- State length per reel or coil, quantity, end termination or sling configuration if required.
- Share destination port, packing preference (wooden reel, moisture protection, marks), and document needs (MTC, break test, third-party inspection).

What is the difference between bright, galvanized, and plastic-coated rope?
Bright rope is uncoated steel surface. Galvanized adds zinc protection for outdoor or mild corrosion service. Plastic coating adds an extra jacket for handling and selected environments. Confirm the end use before locking surface finish.
Do you provide mill test certificates and break tests?
Shipment lots can include MTC and break-test documentation as ordered. Third-party inspection can be coordinated against an agreed scope—coordination only, not exclusive agency.
