Use the project specification and end use as the starting point. Share any required reference such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Zinc Alloy, DIN, together with forming, welding, corrosion or service conditions, so the quotation follows the intended application.

The material specification, dimensions, quantity, processing, surface, packing and destination all affect the quotation. Final commercial terms are provided against the submitted RFQ.

Packing is selected for the Rigging Hardware form, dimensions, handling method and shipping route. State any pallet, bundle, coil orientation, moisture protection or marking requirements in the RFQ.

List the required material certificate, inspection scope and third-party hold points in the RFQ and purchase order. The document and inspection plan can then be confirmed for the order.
